The failing GIS server has been restarted on new hardware. GIS services were unavailable for roughly 45 seconds during the restart, but now appear to be fully functioning as expected. Please let us know if any unexpected issues are seen.

We have been notified by our cloud provider that the hardware running one of our GIS server instances is failing and we will need to restart the instance so that it is running on different hardware.
