Our lightning vendor had a client that was using an incorrect connection protocol and throttled their servers, both Wednesday, 9/5, and Thursday, 9/6.

Their IT team was able to quickly identify the issue and have worked with their client to address the issue. They will be implementing a stability enhancement to their lightning system next week that will address this issue.
